Greetings Members!
The Board of Directors of the League of Women Voters of Sacramento County hereby issues this formal call to the 2024 Annual Meeting in accordance Article IX, Section 2 of the LWVSC Bylaws (May 2023). The Board determined, given the geographic spread of our members and the desire to have the meeting on a weekday after working hours to accommodate members, in person during high traffic hours was not feasible. Therefore, the LWVSC annual membership meeting will be held
Wednesday, June 5th 5:30 PM via Zoom
Voting happens at the annual meeting! We will be voting on the items contained in this meeting kit as well as electing our new 2024-2025 Board of Directors.
You can see from the proposed “Rules of the Day” and the “Order of Business” that this meeting follows a formal process and it starts with a credentials report which requires a minimum 18 of members to establish a quorum, so we are requesting an RSVP of “YES” if you plan to attend.
